Getting to the Inria Centre at Université Côte d’Azur
By plane
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d’Azur (about 20 km from Sophia Antipolis).
- Direct bus/shuttle: From Nice Airport (Terminals 1 & 2) take bus line 230 to Sophia Antipolis and get off at stop “Inria”.
By train
- Nearest station: Antibes.
- Then use the regular shuttles between Antibes train station and Sophia Antipolis.
By public transport
- Regional line: Ligne 630 → stop “Inria” (€2.10).
- From/to Antibes (Envibus network):
- Line A (free), Line B (free)
- Line 12 (€1.50), Line 9 (€1.50)
To get the free pass for line A and B you need to:
- Install the envibus app: https://www.envibus.fr/
- Register a credit card in the app.
- Buy the navette pass for €0 (it is free, but you need to buy it).
- When you get on the bus, open the app and scan the QR code.
By car (A8 motorway)
- From Marseille / Aix: Take the A8 and exit at Antibes–Grasse–Sophia Antipolis, then follow signs to Sophia Antipolis.
- From Nice: Take the A8 and exit at Antibes–Sophia Antipolis, then follow Sophia Antipolis (the road on the right just after the toll).
